Studies On The Optimization Of The Major Agricultural Investment Structures In Our Country

The population of our country is very great, so it's quite difficult to resolve the problem of feeding so many people. It can prove that it's the bigger contribution to the world peace if we can handle it. Being a kind of basic industry, agriculture can make the society stable, the other estates develop and the economy continue developing. Agricultural development is the most important thing for the entire economy fields, it can't be separated from investment. Only when the investment has increased, the fund quantity that the agriculture gains is able to increase, the agricultural technology is able to develop, the agricultural economic effect is able to hoist, and our country's agriculture is able to keep the further stable position in the international competition.The main body of agricultural investment is hit by the government, peasant household, collective and enterprise in our country. Their investment behavior is analyzed in this paper, and their structure characteristics nowadays are found out by the evolution about the course of their investment, and also the major factors affecting our country's agricultural investment are found out based on the counting investigation data. They are the self weakness, the poor investment environment, the weak agricultural infrastructure, the more risk investment and so on. According to these influencing factors, some suggestions are advised in the paper:to reform the agricultural investment system and build the investment guarantee mechanism; to lead the advantage way to invest and build the benign investment environment; to enlarge the government input into agriculture and guide rural banking institution to service for the agricultural investment; to perfect the agricultural infrastructure further and strengthen the agricultural investment environment.
