An Analysis On Agricultural Scale And Structure Of China

In the new historical period, the development of agriculture in China’s economic development, affecting the lives of a significant relationship between farmers, to accelerate agricultural development, we must increase the intensity of spending on agriculture, increase investment in agriculture, promote agricultural development faster and better. In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of combining a study from the following aspects: First, we summarize the concepts and theories of agricultural investment; the second is an overview of the overall situation of China’s agricultural investment in this stage, and analyzes the agriculture the total investment value of agricultural production, farmers’ income as well as the relationship between the national production output; third is the main structure of our investment in agriculture, including farmers invest in rural financial institutions, investment, government financial investment, rural collective economic organizations to invest and foreign investment; Fourth, the status of the regional agricultural investment, analyzes the relationship between the amount of investment in agriculture in different provinces in the region as well as the total value of agricultural production in the region between GDP and focused on the scale of investment in agriculture of 13 major grain producing areas; Finally, the above problems targeted policy recommendations and measures.This study suggests that the presence of the current serious shortage of agricultural investment scale, the main structure and regional structure are unreasonable and investment efficiency is not high. It recommends that the next government should increase investment in agriculture, improving the main structure and regional structure of agricultural investment. Formulate corresponding policies, agriculture continues to invest more human and material resources. So one can guarantee the position of agriculture as the basis for an important industry and promote the deepening reform and agricultural development. They also can improve the income of farmers, the realization of farmers ’income, improve farmers’ living standards. So to increase investment in agriculture, is the country, there is nothing like a disadvantage imperative.
