Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, The Chinese government has been actively develop a mandatory renewable energy policy. As an important mandatory energy policy, the policy of Renewable Portfolio Standard have been included in 2011 work plan in National energy board. However, the effective of quotas for the electric power enterprise is still not clear, becoming an important problem both in theory and in practice. This paper researched comprehensive benefits of energy power enterprises, including economic and environmental benefits, social benefits, on the basis of Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) and current situation of the renewable energy. On one hand, the research can provide a scientific reference in investing renewable energy projects for institutions and individuals, and right decision can be made; On the other hand, It can offer reliable data for policy makers and regulators to improve the renewable energy policy, and the development renewable energy will be enhanced sustainably and healthily. Firstly, based on the investment situation of the renewable energy projects in power enterprises, we use the financial evaluation method to evaluating effectiveness of renewable energy power projects;Secondly,on the basis of assuming renewable energy quota and actual power structure, we use comparative analysis method to research the corporate economic, environmental and social impact, through comparing the changes in the structure of power projects; Finally, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for enterprises to evaluate the overall efficiency, and the evaluation results show that the comprehensive quota effectiveness is satisfactory. Therefore, the PRS can not only help increase the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also performance good environmental and social benefits.
