Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Production Up To Standards Of Thermal Power Unit Engineering Project

To meet the new developing forms of thermal power construction, to strengthen the started trial and management of production standards, and to improve the management of thermal power projects, operating comprehensive evaluation of the up to standard of thermal power construction project is of important practical significance.Based on the analysis of the relative theories of thermal power generating units up to standards comprehensive evaluation, this paper builds an index system, with the weight fixed by AHP method. Then, on the basis of describing the evaluating method currently adopted, multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the up to standard level of the thermal power production units. And 1×200MW expansion project # 13 unit of HD thermal power plant is taken as an example to verify the index system and evaluation model proposed. The evaluation results are gained, which point out the problems existing in the in the thermal power generating units.
