With the advent of the 21st century, high quality, efficient, safe, reliable, energy, materials targeted advanced manufacturing technology has been rapid development of green design and green manufacturing as the theme of research more and more, particularly with the available sustainable development strategy calls for the re-manufacturing project has attracted wide attention. Times in the face of financial crisis, countries have introduced policies to ensure economic development, June 1,2009, the State Council approved the Development and Reform Commission and other departments to "promote the expansion of domestic demand, encourage the automotive, appliance," trade "plan", requiring All localities and departments implement the program. The basic idea of "Plan" is to take financial subsidies to encourage the automotive, appliance and other "trade" to establish an effective incentive mechanism to further expand domestic demand, especially consumer demand, promote energy conservation, development of circular economy. This requires people to use the product life cycle engineering the basic idea, to make waste reduction, volume reduction of, minimize, and resources."Trade" policy, the beneficial recycling of resources, but also makes the past a linear form of the supply chain into loop supply chain form, thus bringing the whole supply chain management changes, this article in the "old-for- new "context, consider that only a retailer and a supplier of supply chain consisting of two, from a cost point of view of both supply chain inventory analysis, and implementation of trade-in policy before and after comparing inventory proposed inventory strategy based on cost optimization.First, by analyzing the factors that affect the inventory cost, we have come to the most important factor is uncertainty, so this option of using the multi-level inventory analysis, and in order to facilitate the study, this article assumes only considered by the distributors and suppliers consisting of two supply chain, the use of economic batch model, both in the "trade" policy changes before and after comparing the costs and profits obtained in the saturated market demand when demand for the implementation of trade-in help increase, and promoting consumption, thus proving the promotion of trade-policy role in promoting the market demand and the importance of the community Next, making the model more practical significance, the paper relaxed the assumptions of the model, assuming that the first consumer demand and the number of recovered items are random, and are subject to Poisson distribution, however, trade-in conditions, there will be consumer demand for the second time, so all throughout the supply chain inventory must be taken into account the needs of the two, the article may be out of stock or stock under the cost of dealing with more practical method, a closed-loop supply chain inventory control under the multi-level model, and obtained through the calculation of the optimal inventory control policy parameters of the variable expression of the supply chain from the perspective of the entire system cost minimum inventory optimization strategy. Finally, experiment with the engine re-manufacturing as an example of this paper to collect equipment and then National Key Laboratory of Manufacturing Technology and Jinan Power Co., Ltd. joint compound strong Steyr Engine Remanufacturing test statistical data, with reverse logistics network inventory control strategies to solve the optimal parameters, and the final results were analyzed and compared, optimize the supply chain inventory draw feasibility of the strategy program.
