Study On Newly Rural Social Pension Insurance System In China

Rural pension insurance system is an important policy that touching on the basic life of 900 million Chinese farmers. At the same time, with the improvement of the level of China's industrialization and urbanization, and more serious of aged tendency of rural population day by day, the traditional rural pension insurance system is facing a huge impact. Therefore, it is important to establish the newly rural pension insurance for safeguarding the basic life of rural graying population, and for perfect countryside social security system, for maintain the stability of the rural society and promote economic development and social progress.Based on the research of existing theory and traditional practices in China for rural social endowment insurance, we integrate the implementation of the pilot research with case studies on individual pilot areas, so some questions and difficulties have been put forward.Then, we take a systematic research in view of perfect farmers'security system based on the relevant economic theory.Finally, some ideas and proposed were brought up for further consummating the perfection of China's new type of rural social endowment insurance system. This will be the referral for the establishment of China's urban and rural social endowment insurance system.This dissertation is divided into six parts:the first chapter presents the meaning of research and the domestic and foreign research review. the second chapter illustrates basic theory of rural society endowment insurance.The third chapter presents goals of a new type of rural social endowment insurance, and analyses the necessity and feasibility of China's new type of rural social endowment insurance system, and then conclude the questions during the implementation of new rural society endowment insurance system.The fourth chapter concludes patterns and characteristics of rural society endowment insurance abroad and summarizes the experience and enlightenment.Chapter 5 puts forward the ideas and suggestions for perfecting the new type of rural social endowment insurance system. They include basic measures, supporting policies, strengthening the management of the new type of rural social endowment insurance fund. This chapter is the key of the dissertation.Chapter 6 gets the conclusion.
