| As the overall planning of urban and rural areas is continually put into practice,and the coverage of endowment pension gradually expands, rural residents graduallyenjoy the same social security system as urban workers. In2011, Huangshan City, allthe rural residents were included in the pilot scope of national new-type rural socialendowment pension system. Since then, this city has achieved the full coverage of itsrural endowment pension. However, in the practice of the pilot project, someproblems still exist and require further enhancement.From the new theory perspective of the bottom line equity theory, this thesisreflects on the enhancement of the new-type rural social endowment pension system.By adopting the methodology of literature analysis, empirical research and experiencesummary, the author conducted the empirical research on the new-type rural socialendowment pension in Huangshan. Through the research, the author expects to enrichthe theoretical and practical experience in new-type rural social endowment pensiontheory, promote the healthy and sustainable development of the new-type rural socialendowment pension cause in Huangshan, and provide the experience for other areas tocarry on this cause.The thesis includes five chapters. The first one is introduction, mainly describingthe meaning of the topic and indicating the research emphasis and innovation throughthe definition of relevant concepts, introduction of theories and the review of relevantliterature both at home and abroad; the second one is about the experience of otherprovinces and cities in China and abroad; the third analyzes the current situation ofthe new-type rural social endowment pension system in Huangshan; the fourth oneanalyzes the problems that lie in the new-type rural social endowment pension systemin Huangshan; the fifth one explores the solutions and suggestions to perfect thenew-type rural social endowment pension system through the analysis and research ofcurrent situation and problems. |
