Integrated Supply Chain Performance Evaluation

Along with the development of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises converts into the supply chains'competition. The integrated supply chain management is the product when the supply chain developed to a certain stage. The integrated supply chain integrates the information, funds and physical resources of all the enterprises. and makes each enterprise cooperate with each other.So it can make all the enterprises play the core competitiveness of the enterprise. However independent management make each enterprise put their self-interest in the first place more easily, and make beneath the behavior of integrated supply chain, eventually leading to integration of the whole competitive advantage loss. In order to solve this situation, we must look to the objective methods and standards to evaluate integrated supply chain management, help enterprise found that the problem, seek the methods to solve the problems, in order to promote the integration of the supply chain improvement and operation. So this paper the performance evaluation of integrated supply chain management carries on the corresponding research.This paper mainly constructs the integrated supply chain performance evaluation model, in the process of constructing model has established a set of integrated supply chain performance evaluation index system. The first part of the integrated supply chain performance evaluation described the research situation. In this part we mainly introduced the concept of the integrated supply chain, and the concept of the integrated supply chain performance evaluation. The second part manly introduced the profiles of Photovoltaic Industry and the features of Photovoltaic Industry. Combined with the characteristics of photovoltaic industry and the content of the balanced scorecard, through the research content of key index method, finally established a comprehensive evaluation index system of integrated supply chain performance. The third part is the core content of the article. This part mainly establish the integrated supply chain performance evaluation model through the theory of gray evaluation. This model can effectively evaluate the integrated supply chain performance. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), get the weight of every evaluation index; we will take the photovoltaic industry integrated supply chain management as an example, using the model, analyzed studies, and concluded.
