The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we should speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system,promote environmental protection development and build a beautiful China,we should not only have economic development,but also green mountains and rivers.It fully shows that environmental development has risen to the level of national strategy,and supply chain is an important area to implement national environmental development.It is of great theoretical and practical value to promote the environmental protection and sustainable development of supply chain.Therefore,this paper takes the green supply chain as the research object,and makes a thorough study and discussion on its performance evaluation.In this paper,the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain is constructed by using many theoretical methods and tools,such as balanced scorecard based on environmental performance,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,structural equation model,SPSS data hypothesis test and so on.Firstly,it collects,collates and combs the existing research results and literature on the performance evaluation of green supply chain,and makes an analysis and comparison of the existing research results.At the same time,it puts forward the theoretical system and thinking methods of this paper based on the existing research results.Secondly,this paper uses the Balanced Scorecard Based on environmental performance to construct the performance evaluation index set of green supply chain from five dimensions: financial value,customer value,internal business process,innovation and development and environmental value,and each dimension establishes a scientific and reasonable sub-index,thus establishing a hierarchical structure model of performance evaluation index.Then,the index system of performance evaluation of green supply chain is established,and the weight distribution of index set is established by using fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method,so as to build a complete processand process and expert evaluation method,so as to build a complete performance evaluation index system.Then,the measurement of each index are refined and standardized,that is to say,the evaluation rules and evaluation criteria of each index in the actual operation are formulated.According to the measurement criteria,the actual operation and evaluation of each index can be carried out.And then,we test the hypothesis of the index system of green supply chain performance evaluation.This paper will use structural equation model and SPSS data statistical analysis software to test the hypothesis of the index system of green supply chain performance evaluation,in order to prove the validity and credibility of the performance evaluation index system.Finally,this paper takes the performance evaluation of X supply chain in 2018 as an example,and discusses the practical application and theoretical research of the performance evaluation model model constructed in this paper to demonstrate the effectiveness of the performance evaluation model constructed in this paper.The research of this paper has certain reference and value for promoting the performance evaluation and performance management of Green Supply Chain in China.
