With the continuous progress of economic globalization, especiallv after China's accession to the WTO, the world largest oil companies have entered China's market, China's oil companies must not only cope with the international oil companies,but also have to compete with the international who have entered the domestic market, the Chinese oil companies are facing a new competitive environment. And because of the rapid economic development and limited oil resources have become increasingly prominent, and the contradiction between the financial, political and other problems, which led to soaring international crude oil prices plummeted in recent years, the inevitable volatility in international oil prices must through the transmission mechanism to a certain degree of impacting the international competitiveness of the oil companies.Firstly, on the basis of the theory research, I defy the international competiveness or the oil companies, and build the index system of the international compeuuvcness or the on companies.Secondly, through the research on the volatility of international oil price, I describe the impact of oil price fluctuations on the oil companies on the basis of the transmission mechanism, from the theoretical perspective, I analysis the oil price fluctuations on the impact of the oil international competitiveness.International competitiveness is a comparative concept, the paper select the CNPC as the research object, and choose Exxon Mobil, Shell, BP Oil Company as a comparison object,on the basis of the index system of the oil companies competiveness,I analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the CNPC.Then, from the perspective of the profit of the oil companies, I analysis the price fluctuations on the impact of the CNPC. and compare with the three maior oil companies.Finally, I propose some suggestions, to enhance the international competitiveness of the oil companies, against the risk of oil price fluctutation.From the perspective of theoretical and empirical study of the oil price fluctuations on the international competitiveness of oil companies, I propose a response to oil price fluctuations and related strategies in order to participate in international competition for the oil companies.
