Different kinds of emergency events have taken place in the modern society, such as SARS, tsunami, earthquake, these lead to the increasing of the uncertainty of supply chain system between enterprises, so supply chain coordination and stability becomes more and more difficult. Mean while market demand’s sharp fluctuations caused by disruption demand lead to the broken of supply chain system, the supply chain enterprises must take effective mesurements to deal with the interference to ensure enterprises’normal operation. Therefore, research on emergency is of practical significance in a very urgent task. With effective integration of logistics, capital flow and information flow. The enterprises in the supply chain system can obtain the advantages of supply chain management, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis will apply supply chain contract to supply chain coordination problems to improve the supply chain coordination ability in order to deal with emergencies, and provide a basis for business decisions. In the study, combining the theoretical analysis with numerical analysis method, the thesis uses the relevant theories such as supply chain contract theory, game theory, microeconomics and so on to carry through the detailed analysis and discussion. Based on the relevant research and literatures, the thesis mainly studies coordination problem of retailer-dominated supply chain system using buyback contract under disruption demand. Research concludes the analysis on two echelon supply chain system and the three-level supply chain system. This thesis first analyzes the response of the retailer-dominant two-echelon supply chain system to disruption demand and gives the coordination methods, then a detailed study about the response of three-level supply chain system to disruption demand is discussed. The new anti-disruption buyback contract function used in disruptive supply chain can achieve optimal coordination between companies, and reasonable allocation of the interests of supply chain enterprises is achieved. Finally, after having analyzed the supply chain contract model, the thesis will give some specific numerical analysis for each situation, intuitive interpretations are given for the validity and applicability of the model. Numerical analysis shows that the newly-designed anti-disruption buyback contract function can effectively respond to the disruption demand, this verifies the feasibility of the new model.
