Research On Cost Disruption And Coordination Under Supply Chain Versus Supply Chain Competition

With the rapid development of information technology and the emergence of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises and supply chains is intensified increasingly day by day, the consumer's demand presents a trend of diversification, the uncertain factors of market demand has been increased obviously. In this case, the supply chains is getting more complex and more fragile. It is a period that disruption events happen commonly and frequently, so it is a problem to make the supply chain management that deal with the influence of the disruption events effectively and timely. The supply chain disruption management comes in being at the historic moment and has been the research hotspots of the supply chain management.Firstly, this dissertation systematically and comprehensively presents the literature review of supply chain and the basic ideas and methods of supply chain management. On this basis, it introduces the effect of supply chain contract theory on supply chain management, makes the comprehensive present and summary about the literature that coordinate supply chain using contract, puts forward the contents and meaning of this dissertation.Secondly, it establishes the supply chain competition benchmark model contains a supplier and a retailer, on the foundation of certainty linear price-demand function, then presents the equilibrium results of the supplier and the retailer and the corresponding economic illustration.Thirdly, it introduces the production cost disruption of supplier into the supply chain competition model, establishes supply chain disruption model under distributed decision, and presents the equilibrium results of wholesale price, retail price and order quantity and so on, then analysis the equilibrium condition of every variable in the disruption.At last, it coordinates the cost disruption using revenue-sharing contract, established the supply chain coordination model and the incomplete coordination mechanism based on supply chain versus supply chain competition under cost disruption, presents the equilibrium condition of variable in the coordination model,analyzes the anti-disruption's degree of the revenue-sharing contract, proves the effectiveness of coordination mechanism through numerical simulation.
