Research On The Enterprise Citizen Consciousness Cultivation In Enterprise Culture Construction

The transformation of enterprise, which is from"economic man"to"social person", is undoubtedly the reorientation of its social identity and status. Regarding the Chinese business community, some ideas connected with the enterprise citizen are still underused, the definition of the concept is still not clear, and the majority of enterprises still purely equate the enterprise citizen to the enterprise society responsibility. Therefore, proposing, research and extending the concept of"enterprise citizen"become the new subject of the related academic fields of Chinese business community. The development of enterprise not only brings the economic boom to the society, but also brings the adverse consequences, such as the environmental pollution, the counterfeit goods rampant, the harm to life and so on. Many enterprises and the entrepreneurs abroad have already brought the enterprise society responsibility into the enterprise strategy plan, but the enterprise citizen consciousness in China has just been awakened.At the beginning of the 21st century, the idea of enterprise citizen spread in our country, and drew more and more attention from enterprises. This paper attempts to make research on the idea of enterprise citizen, in the grasp of current situation of enterprise citizen in our country, to seek methods of exploring the measures of enterprise citizen consciousness cultivation. Based on the implication of the enterprise citizen, on the one hand, the paper dialectically analyzed the dialectical relations between the enterprise culture and the enterprise citizen consciousness, pointed out the enterprise citizens consciousness cultivation is a main part of enterprise culture construction which, in return, is the effective way of the enterprise citizens consciousness cultivation, and can also affect and attack it. On the other hand, the paper analyzed the environment as well as the inevitability of the enterprise citizens consciousness cultivation in our country, pointed out the problems, and on the basis, explore and think about the methods of the enterprise citizens consciousness cultivation from three aspects, including responsibility consciousness, rights consciousness, moral consciousness.
