As an rising industry,tourism has been a new support industry of our national economy and has unfolded wide prospects.Over the past years,with developing rapidly within the scope of the world. At present,China's forest tourism accounts for 1/ 3 in the number of domestic tourism. The real value of forest tourism start to be recognized widely by people. Forest tourism as a industry has great ecological,economic and social values. With a strong momentum,forest tourism industry has become an important part and organic extensions in forestry ecological construction and it has gradually become the most vigorous strategic emerging pillar industries among many national economic industries,meanwhile it is named by the most vital and development potential tourist form.This paper discusses measures for promoting Zhejiang forest tourism industrialization. The thesis puts forward a proving way including posing a question,analyzing the problem and solving the matter,besides,by means of collecting relative statistical yearbook,applies document analysis, field methods,comparative analysis,case analysis,quantitative and qualitative methods. After a deeper analysis and research of current forest tourism industrialization situation,problems of existence and the opportunity and challenge facing with.Besides,it comes up with measures and suggestions for developing industrialization,which contains four aspects as following: optimizing allocation of resource,innovating management mechanism,changing investment ways and enhancing areas cooperation. It points out that rely on abundant forest resource of Zhejiang province,promoting the process of forest tourism industrialization,optimizing the resource allocation of industry,changing investment ways. Then regional development changes old into new,and the two sides being in place,forest industry construction changes hard to soft,with two aspects in place,market development changes inside to outside,with two side in place.
