A reasonable and fair performance appraisal system can help the leader to have a right thought to the contribution and value done by the staff and it also can lead the staff to the most suitable position. This not only enables employees to self-worth but also helps to improve their efficiency and it also contributes to the goals and makes full use of the resources of the companies.In this paper, we take Changchun power equipment limited company for an example and we do the research and study about the emerging problems on the performance evaluation. Changchun power equipment limited company is a large machinery manufacturing enterprises and it also has many experiences on the performance appraisal. But with the fierce competition among the enterprises, there is a problem in the area of the performance appraisal. So the company concerns his own future.In order to address the problem which concerns the construction of the performance appraisal, this paper speaks out a new system based on some necessary theories famous both in the abroad and foreign countries.In this paper, the company divides these employees into different categories based on the definition of the core employees in the Changchun power equipment limited company. The company also sets up the future performance appraisal system according to the present conditions of the performance appraisal about the core employees. In complying with the core principles of employee performance appraisal system, we select the important indexes. After the above steps, we ultimately construct the performance appraisal system about the core employees. |
