Accelerating process of globalization in the context, building a harmonious society in China, has become theme of the times, and the corporate practice of moral responsibility is one of the factors to build a harmonious society, enterprises lack of moral responsibility, not only will the enterprise stakeholders varying degrees of damage, and will increase to some extent, the conflict of different interest groups, maybe increased the social conflicts.
