Henan Province Xinyang City Red Tourism Industry Policy Studies

These years, recreation industry in China has obtained visible development and become a new growth sector of economy at home. And originated from 1990s, red tourism is now the rising star in this field and regarded with great favor by the travellers. As a result, many party committees and governments take it as a vital responsibility to vigorously develop red tourism industry and thus to promote economic development and help people to lead a better life.At the present time, red tourism industry in China is still at an elementary stage and the government plays an leading part in its evolution which means currently it's the government who is responsible for making policies, maintaining transparent market order, promoting scientific development in industrial structure and expanding industrial scale in red tourism industry.This paper researches and analyzes red tourism industry in Xinyang from aspect of industrial policies of red tourism industry. First, it briefly introduces the overall situation of development of red tourism industry and related policies in China. Second, it analyzes current situation, achievements gained lately, and existing problems and the reasons that lead to them in red tourism industry of Xinyang. List of Xinyang red tourism industry policy Finally, the methods to promote red tourism industry of Xinyang are proposed. promotes the aim and method of development of recreation industry of Xinyang through completing the sound industrial policies. Besides, in accordance with experience of other successful examples, a set of operational policy measures are put forward in this paper and that may be helpful for local government while policy making.
