Entrepreneurship is the starting point of all business activities. and it is the basic characteristics and the basis path of market economy. Entrepreneurship support China's economic prosperity for over 30 years. Today, starting their own enterprise sweeping all over the country, more and more people join the tide of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship play a vital role in promoting economic growth and increasing social wealth. There is no way around the fact that small science technology enterprise can increasing social wealth, promote innovation, increase employment,etc. Because of these, small science technology enterprise play a vital role in China's national economic and social development.This thesis first reviews the domestic and international current enterprise incubator and entrepreneurial elements and other aspects of some of the research focus and the main research content. This thesis then describes common Enterprise incubator operation theory and performance evaluation methods, these theories and methods is the foundation of this thesis. According to the reference I had ever readed. Author decided using AHP and gray correlation analysis method to study of enterprise incubator performance, Author think this thesis has a certain degree of innovation. However, this thesis also has some limitation, that due to lack of previous relevant experience and methods.Author got the data through interviewing KMUSTSP park 'enterprise, and then using the gray correlation analysis to calculated the correlation degree in incubator performance and entrepreneurial elements.Author got a Judge Matrix according to the data that is given by specialist. Then compromise all the comparison Matrix to a Comprehensive judge matrix.Finally, based on entrepreneurial elements each index and incubator performance's correlation degree and the weight to arrive at a final overall correlation degree, this correlation degree is KMUSTSP incubator performance and it's entrepreneurial elements.the final goal is 70.35%.This thesis use qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, according to the data.Author give some advice to the relative subject and hope this can help some researcher.
