As countries all aspects of policy support and government guidance, constantly in ourcountry on the farmers’ professional cooperatives in both the quantity and quality of gotunprecedented development. But compared with western developed countries, our countrypeasant household to join the proportion of farmers’ professional co-operatives are still low,which seriously restricts the sustainable and healthy development of cooperatives.In thisstudy,the researcher chose56farmers’ cooperative organizations from shaanxi province asresearch subjects, First she made a field research in the performance of the farmer’scooperative organizations and trust costs on The Cooperative, based on which she analyzedand evaluated the two aspects respectively, trying to make a correlation analysis on them. theauthor aims to increase farmer’s willingness to join the farmer’ s cooperative organizationand their trust on it, promoting its healthy and stable development through improving theperformance of the cooperative organizations to reduce famer’s trust cost.This study on the performance of farmers’ professional co-operatives sample data fromshaanxi province each region agricultural administrative department of forestryadministration, agriculture and fruit industry bureau of statistics data and field investigation,sample data about the cost of the cooperative trust is based on farmers’ professionalcooperative research field research have been the main body, through the analytic hierarchyprocess (ahp) to the farmers’ professional co-operatives of cost analysis, evaluation ofperformance and trust and USES the correlation analysis of SPSS21.0trust on cooperativeperformance and cost analysis of the data correlation processing.This study conclude that performance of farmers’ professional cooperatives and farmerstrust in cooperative cost of correlation coefficient is0.977**, significant positive correlationat the0.01level; The trust of the farmers’ professional co-operatives cost was mainly for thelocal farmers other thanproduced by sales and the annual turnover of the main products of thesimilar brand, members of cooperative governance satisfaction, cooperative members arehigher than that of the average annual net income of local farmers, cooperatives memberannual average net income, the proportion of the unified brand sales of main product scale cooperatives, cooperatives according to the volume to the members return surplus proportionand cooperative standardization production scale the influence of the seven indicators.Farmers’ professional co-operatives performance mainly by obtaining the cooperativePresident the basic information of the information is not difficult, to learn the responsibilityof the President is not difficult, cooperative back into the club and the club system couldobtain the effective implementation specification, cooperative basic information, analysis ofPresident’s reputation prestige information not hard, not hard cooperatives have a reasonablestandard of financial system, the cooperative has reasonable specifications of share out bonussystem, the cooperative has reasonable standard back into the club and the club system,cooperative system of share out bonus can get effective implementation, cooperative financialsystem can be effectively the influence of the implementation of the ten indicators.This research through to the farmers’ professional co-operatives the relativity analysis ofperformance and cost of trust, trying to find out to improve farmers’ professionalco-operatives performance and ways to decrease the cost of farmers cooperative trust, for thesustainable.
