The Research Of Evolution Of The Townscape Of Jinghong City Under The Background Of Rapid Urbanization

The townlets have an important strategic position in urban system of our country, and its urban space expansion has its own particularity. The rapid urbanization period is the strategic growth period of small towns. In this period we can establish the long-effect mechanism of the benign development of small towns, grasp its internal rules of space expansion and promote the compactness of its spatial form,the openness of its spatial structure, and proceed in space expansion's multipath control, strategic space reserved etc. This will make small towns better adapted to the current development situation, and maintain the trend of the sustainable and healthy development.Based on the concrete analysis of the elements of the townscape of Jinghong City, the author summarizes the characteristics of the development of the townlets of Jinghong City, analyzes the problems existing in the development of the towns, and from the perspective of multi-disciplines, examine the evolution course of the townscape, analyzes the induction, sum up the development regularity and spatial evolution mechanism, and through some specific examples, review its problems existing in the development to seek reasonable townscape of Jinghong City in the future.This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter presents the research background, research purpose and meaning, content and research methods of this paper. The second chapter presents the related theory and method of the townsape, and mainly introduce the form--element analysis method, which is the main method in this paper. The third chapter presents the urbanization background of Jinghong City, and the characteristics of the development of the townlets of Jinghong City. From five elements of townscape:frame, core, axis, group and definement, the fourth chapter discusses the townscape elements, planning model and evolution locus of Gasa town, Menglong town, Menghan town, Puwen town, Jinuo town and Mengwang town of Jinghong City. The fifth chapter summarizes the types, characteristics, impact factors of evolution and evolution mechanism and laws of the townscape of Jinghong City. The sixth chapter analyzed the characteristics of the new overall planning of the townlets of Jinghong City, and its egative effects to the townscape of Jinghong City, and through analyzing the specific case, also the author reflects the trend of townscape evolution of Jinghong City in the future, so as to reasonably guide the future townscape evolution of Jinghong City. Chapter 7 summarizes the major innovations and deficiencies of this paper.
