Research On The Process And Dynamic Mechanism Of Tourism Urbanization In Xishuangbanna

New urbanization as a new development strategy is treat as a guide line in the long-term social development by our Party and nation.With the rapid development of new urbanization,urban comprehensive strength and all kinds of service facilities are continually being improved.Urban functions not only conclude production and residence,tourism becomes one of main functions which has a key influence on urbanization.It has brilliant dynamic and future property in the promotion of urban construction in the aspect of mechanism and values.For example,tourism is capable of guiding consumption,forming agglomeration,improving conditions and raising the sense of happiness.There is no doubt that tourist urbanization has become one of important models to promote urbanization in China.Based on the foreign and domestic research achievement,this thesis profoundly studies the process of urbanization and its dynamical mechanism in Jing Hong city,combined with some research data such as satellite photos,field survey and statistics with the spatial production theory.Finally,this thesis is able to do a research between tourism and urbanization in different stages on a longer time axis.In the theoretical part,this thesis establishes two kinds of models:urbanization characteristic model named space-time evolution model and mechanism model named dynamic mechanism model which studies urbanization in Jing Hong city from microcosmic level to macroscopic level on the perspective of space production theory.Space-time evolution model is upgraded and expanded from existing linked research mode of urban tourism area.It divides tourism urbanization in Jing Hong city into three different stages:stagnation period,construction period and expansion period.The dynamic mechanism model analysis inner logic on different phenomena in three stages above on the perspective of spatial production theory.In the practical part,this thesis takes Jing Hong City in Xishangbanna as a case study,a place where tourism successfully promotes urban development.By reading local document,examining on the spot,interviewing governors and other stakeholders,analyzing statistic yearbooks,and modifying models.It comes to conclusions both on microcosmic and macroscopic level.Conclusions at the macro level are:(1)the type of space promoted tourism urbanization are increasing as time goes on.(2)the promoted space and its own connotations are evolving and upgrading.Conclusions at the micro level are:(1)the role and position of stakeholders keep on adjusting and fixing.(2)the properties and connotations of various stakeholders are evolving and upgrading.
