| Teams and Groups are the most basic elements of enterprise. Excellent teams and groups lead to an excellent enterprise, while excellent enterprises lead to a powerful country. The fifth plenary sessions of 16th CCCP has clearly proposed the strategic disposition of "National Innovation", which calling for a gradual formation of a group of excellent enterprises with self-owned intellectual property rights, well-known brand and strong competitiveness in international competition. Studying and practicing grassroots teams and groups total innovation in major central government-owned enterprises have urgent practical significance.Since the founding of new China, some major central government-owned enterprises have gradually established innovative organizations such as research teams, innovation activities, QC activities, professional and technical associations which have made a good number of innovative gains. However, Current systematic study on all-directional innovative work of teams and groups, as I have known, is still scattered and blank. Meanwhile, teams and groups innovation concept isn't clear, employees' initiative enthusiasm for innovation is downturn, combined with variety types of teams and groups, kaleidoscope of the practical work and the innovative work model haven't a fixed pattern. All these elements lead to a helpless employee in front of problems. On the current situation of innovation activities appears the louder slogan shouted, the lower quality will have; the more participants participate the project, the lower success rate will achieve; what's more, many gain aren't easy to put into practice.Under the guidance of the theory and practice of management system by the Academician ChingNei Shun's Total Innovation Management and relying on the innovative activities of grassroots teams and groups in China Mobile. This thesis named Teams of Total Innovation Management, hereinafter referred to as TTIM, is a subject which studies the grass-root teams and groups. Firstly, this thesis takes grass-root teams and groups'innovation as one newer angle of view. It clearly proposes teams and group innovation is an act which integrated "think it, say it, achieve it" and finally making innovation consciousness as a good habit. This thesis proposes innovatively a theoretical model called "three types of innovation and one mechanism". It elaborates the pushing effect of external "one mechanism" in teams of total innovative management. Meanwhile, In accordance with the process of the teams and groups daily innovative activities "topics preparation, tools machining, process control, achievement show" and using some classical theory and tools in today, this thesis has systematically studied and demonstrated "Original Type, Study Type, Application Type" which preliminary constitute the framework of teams total innovation management.After defined all factors in framework construction of teams total innovative ability, this thesis quantitatively evaluates the theory model by using fuzzy math model. It strengthens that teams and groups should take efficiency promotion, quality promotion, cost optimization and safe control as goal-oriented in innovation activities which will advance innovation enterprise's benign development and become the solid foundation of an innovation-oriented country.Finally, in order to further enhance the level of total innovation management of teams and groups, combining theory research and practical verification mechanism. It innovatively invented "teams of total innovation management training&drilling sand table". The sand table can be used in teams and groups innovation ability training and the deduction of normal daily routine. By application the sand table, employees can be aroused enthusiasm to innovation, strengthened the ability of transformation of achievements in practical work and improved personal qualities and professionalism.To sum up, this article has taken the initiative exploration and research teams of total innovation management (TTIM). Combining Professor Songchiang Wong's The Project-Oriented Enterprises on the Basis of Total Innovation. This thesis through grassroots teams and groups as the angle of view has made positive exploration and elongation especially in the area of overall innovation. |
