Research On The Relationship Between Strategic Orientation, Organizational Learning And Corporate Dual Innovation

Innovation plays an important role in all walks of life.With the rapid and iterative development of technology,products and services,how to better carry out innovation has become a key area of focus for every enterprise.Strategic orientation is often the key decisive factor in determining an enterprise's development.The correct direction can guide an enterprise towards a stable and sustainable development path.Different strategic orientations also have different impacts on corporate innovation.From the perspective of duality,based on organizational learning theory and dual innovation theory,this study establishes strategic orientation as the independent variable,organizational learning as the intermediate variable,and dual innovation as the cause.Variables and environmental dynamics are the research models of moderating variables.Based on a review of previous studies,questionnaire surveys and data collection,and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on dual innovation,and market orientation has a significant inhibitory effect on breakthrough innovation Has a significant positive impact on progressive innovation;(2)Exploratory learning of organizational learning has a positive impact on breakthrough innovation,and utilization learning has a negative impact on progressive innovation,and organizational learning is strategically oriented to dual innovation(3)Environmental dynamics have a positive impact on dual innovation,and positively regulate the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on breakthrough innovation,that is,entrepreneurial orientation when environmental dynamics are strong The impact on breakthrough innovation is stronger,negatively regulating the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on progressive innovation,while positively regulating the impact of market orientation on progressive innovation.This study provides ideas for how companies can better implement dual innovation.
