Study On The Mechanism Of Continuous Innovation Of Innovation-oriented Enterprises

Mechanism research of continuous innovation is the objective requirement ofsustainable development of enterprise and constructing an innovative country. Theexisting research documents of continuous innovation mechanism were mostly based onsingle theoretical perspective, the main study problems of this paper were as follows:how to study the mechanism of continuous innovation deeply and systematically fromthe perspective of theoretical integration and construct integration analysis frameworkof continuous innovation; empirical research on the key influential factors of continuousinnovation of innovation-oriented enterprises; evaluation of continuous innovationability.Based on theoretical analysis, empirical research and case research method, thispaper systematically studied the continuous innovation mechanism ofinnovation-oriented enterprises.Main research content and innovation were as follows:(1) Continuous innovation operation mechanism framework of Innovation-orientedenterprises based on entrepreneurial innovation spirit and organizationlearning.Acordding to the deep analysis on connotation and characteristics ofinnovation-oriented companies,based on human capital theory, Schumpeter innovationtheory and enterprise competence theory, this paper constructed an integrated analysisframework of continuous innovation operation mechanism of innovation-orientedenterprises.The paper pointed out that entrepreneurs spirit of innovation andorganization learning were the key influential factors of continuous innovation.Entrepreneurs spirit of innovation was the driver force of continuous innovation, whichincluded innovation awareness and innovation behavior of entrepreneur，Innovationconsciousness embodied the willpower, innovation behavior reflected execution;organization learning was the key of continuous innovation,which included knowledgeacquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge application of enterprise.Theypromoted continuous innovation ability of enterprises and made innovation-orientedenterprises develop continuously.(2) Empirical research on the key influential factors of continuous innovation ofinnovation-oriented enterprises.There were few existing literature about empiricalresearch on the key influential factors of continuous innovation of innovation-orientedenterprises.Based on the theory of innovation,leadership theory and knowledge-basedview theory,this paper constructed the key influential factors framework of continuousinnovation of innovation-oriented enterprises, pointed out that the key factors that affected continuous innovation which included the entrepreneurial spirit of continuousinnovation and organization learning, organization learning included knowledgeacquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge application of enterprise.On thisbasis, according to312effective questionnaire data of innovation-oriedted enterprises,using structural equation modeling method, this article concretely analyzed the path andinfluence degree of various factors. Results indicated that the entrepreneurial spirit ofcontinuous innovation, knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge integration andknowledge application ability of enterprise had a positive effect on continuousinnovation of innovation-oriented companies.(3) Based on dynamic perspective, evaluated the continuous innovation ability ofinnovation-oriented enterprises.Existing assessment index system cannot systematicallyand comprehensively embody the integration of the essential characteristics ofcontinuous innovation, entrepreneurial spirit of innovation, ecological environment;atthe same time, the existing evaluation method can’t reflect the "unkown" and"uncertainty" of information.On the basis of the clear connotation and characteristics ofcontinuous innovation ability,this paper analyzed the composition of continuousinnovation ability of innovation-oriented enterprises,which includes the following twodimensions:entrepreneur spirit of continuous innovation and organization learningability which included resource integration ability of continuous innovation, outputcapacity of continuous innovation and development ability of continuous innovation.On this basis, this paper established the evaluation index system on continuousinnovation ability of innovation-oriented enterprises;at the same time,using evidentialreasoning method,built evaluation model of continuous innovation ability,evaluated thecontinuous innovation ability of four innovation-oriented enterprises in Anhuiprovince,the result showed that the evaluation index system and method were proper.(4) Cases study on continuous innovation mechanism of innovation-orientedenterprises. Verified with Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. as an example,this paper testedthe rationality and feasibility of integration framework based on entrepreneurial spirit ofinnovation and organizational learning.
