At present, given that science-and-technology-intense economy takes a leading part in our national economy construction, the management consulting industry has been playing a more and more vital role. The reason behind this is that the management consulting is a new industry characterized by providing information and intelligence services, and that it is an important component of the social comprehensive service network. The development of modern consulting industry has also presented the tendency towards globalization, and it has become highly professionalized. Along with the arrival of WTO, the consulting market would become broader, and all kinds of potential demand would emerge one after another. The management consultation will face tremendous development space, and in the meanwhile greater challenges as well.By analyzing the actual and problems of management consulting industry in our country, as well as advantages and opportunities it faces, and by the case study of Huhhot G management Consultant firm SWOT, this article reveals that the Huhhot G management Consultant firm is one of the few institutions in Inner Mongolia that specialize in studies of the management and operation problems of Regional Enterprises in Huhhot, and is also one of the few management Consultant firms in Huhhot that are consist of high quality teachers and personnel, nearly all of whom are with a degree of bachelor or above. Then, this article induces superiority and inferiority of the G Corporation, as well as the opportunities and threat it is faces. Consequently, the article constructs G Corporation's SWOT marketing strategy matrix, proposes the G Corporation's marketing strategy notion, and designs G Corporation's marketing strategy:marketing focus strategy, consulting product standardization strategy, and network marketing strategy.
