The relationship between the development of the financial services industry and the development of various industry is mutually support. With the development of economy, the association effect between the Financial services and each industry is more and more important, therefore,which is this paper studied in Heilongjiang Province. This paper in order to provide certain reference to the development of Heilongjiang financial services and other various industrial. First, this paper expounds the interaction mechanism of financial services and other various industrial, industry association's connotation and the input-output analysis method; establishes Heilongjiang input-output model to measure the input-output and the association effect of the financial services industry through the direct consumption coefficients, completely consumption coefficients, direct distribution coefficient, total distribution coefficient, influence coefficient, induction degree coefficient. And the reasons of the existence of industrial effect is analyzed from industry relevance, mode and types of Heilongjiang financial services Second, compared direct consumption coefficients, completely consumption coefficients, direct distribution coefficient, total distribution coefficient, etc. with Shanghai, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia to analysis differences of the financial services industry association effect among the four provinces. Last, some advices from perfecting financial legislation and regulation, making rational industry development policy, training talents and establishing financial function area etc. are proposed to improve the financial services industry association effect in Heilongjiang Province.
