Suggestions on improving financial services efficiency are given after referencing the success experiences in and out of China as well as current Heilongjiang environment.The paper tries to embody the innovation in the following aspects. From the empirical perspective, the paper pick Heilongjiang province as a sample, using the general theory of urbanization and economic development to the construction of financial services efficiency evaluation system.
