Internet Age, Study On The Solution Of Enterprise Crisis

With the emergence of new media, the arrival of the Internet age has been an indisputable fact.Since the early 2000s, network events occurred frequently, which is really a tough challenge for the government, enterprises and individual in dealing with crises. Relatively speaking, enterprises have suffered most from the Internet crises which even determine the fate of an enterprise. What's worse, these domestic enterprises has little experience in dealing with the network crisis. So far the domestic research about how to deal with the network crises is still in the immature phase,which has gain no theoretical breakthrough.Therefor,this paper will discuss the impact of network crises on enterprises by taking the most influenced jump events for example which happened in the Foxconn company last year.This paper first explains the concept of crisis, corporate crisis and spread crisis which are fuzzy easily, then introduces the reasons of enterprise crisis outbreak and some recognized principles on crises management. The second chapter basically introduces the types of network crisis, and the positive and negative effects of Internet on corporate crisis. The third chapter, which is the most important of this paper, by taking the Foxconn jump events as an example, introduces the characteristic of the event,then discusses the function of network transmission,finally analyses the gain and loss of the enterprise in the crisis. In this chapter, this paper also analyses the effect on corporate crisis of MicroBlog, a new form of information communication. According to the characteristics of present network crises,the fourth chapter proposes some management strategies about enterprises how to deal with the network crises.
