Based On Financial Support Liaoning Industrial Structure Optimization Research

Since the "11th five-year plan", liaoning have been upgrading of the industrial structure as the main contect of promoting economic development. As the"old industrial base" in Liaoning, the characteristic of the industrial development mainly displays that the traditional industry is more than major, and the emerging industry and high-tech industry develop slowly.therefore, It is particularly important to promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading in liaoning areas. In the industrial structure optimization process, financial as the core of modern economy, which play an important role not only for traditional industry transformation but also for the development of high-tech industry.In this paper,It is based on the reviews of the existing literature and research achievements summary,First of all,which uses theoretical analysis method for the inner mechanism analysis of the financial support and industrial structure optimization, and discusses the mechanism of action of the financial support for the industrial structure optimization; Moreover,this paper selects the financial support indicators (financial aggregates indicators, financial structure indicators, financial support efficiency indicators) and industrial structure optimization indicators as explanatory variables and the dependent variable, and according to the relationship between optimization of industrial structure and financial support in Liaoning to establish the econometric VAR model, while test time series of stationarity test, and on the basis of using1988-2008 statistical data to executive empirical analysis about the industrial structure optimization of financial support.The results can be seen from the empirical analysis,.Therefor, The expansion of financal aggregates andt financial efficiency ,the improvemen financing structure can advance the optimization of industrial structure. Financial support the direction of industrial structure exists between the long-term stable causality, but the financial supports the industrial structure in the direction of support is not enough.Finally, this paper proposes some policy recommendations about financial support for optimization of industrial structure in Liaoning province according to the existing problems.
