Research On Land Utilization Structure And Its Optimization Wuxi City

In the development stage of rapid urbanization and industrialization, the conflicts between the scarcity supply of land resources and the increasing needs of land resources is more serious, mainly in the following aspects:First, the conflicts between the moer and moer population and little arable land.Second, the conflict between the process of urbanization and land demand, urbanization must be done to protect some of the land, the contradiction between urbanization and land is also very obvious. Third.the irrational use of land caused destruction of ecological environment. In this context, the rational use of land, adjust land use structure, achieve the optimal allocation of land resources is a practical problems that must be solved practical problems each city.Wuxi as a regional economic center, has superior natural conditions, its land use characteristics is very complex, the degree of land use is a higher and the characteristics of land use change is rapidly, and its land use structure change with the economic development in developed areas have a comparative typical characteristics.In this paper, Wuxi City, as the study area, we analysis of the own characteristics of the land their in the region and the characteristics of land use change. Through the data of Wuxi City.we know that in 1997-2008 12-year period, Wuxi City, land use structure changed significantly:in 1997. Wuxi agricultural land, construction land and unused proportion of the total land area was 47.29%,23.03% and 29.68%, while the end of 2008, the percentage change was 37.91%, respectively,35.44% and 26.65%. to increase the proportion of construction land, and agricultural land area is decreasing trend.And we study the relation of the land use structure and Wuxi rapid development of economic and social relations integrated Wuxi Land Use Change and driving, through the principal component analysis, we know the main land-use impact of Wuxi driving forces of structural change, including economic development, population changes and changes in the industry.Finally, based on the above analysis, we raise the measures of land use regulation and policy recommendations.
