With the establishment and improvement of market economy system, our college students should enter the talents market to make two-way selections with employing units after their graduation. In order to realize their career aspiration, many university students make non-tuition inputs out of the special field of study, which will enhance their stock of knowledge, capability and quality. College student, government, university and society are relevant subjects of the behavior of this kind of non-tuition input, they are interrelated, and each of them has an influence on other subjects. Therefore, the research of non-tuition input of college students can help the government, university and college student properly treat the problems of non-tuition input correctly, it also can help them take measures to guide the behavior of non-tuition input.Based on the human capital theory, talent resources management theory and bounded rationality theory, the thesis makes statistic analysis of the data that obtained through the questionnaire survey to campuses in Hunan Province, and researches the present status of the non-tuition input of university students which is based on career aspiration. The paper analyses the whole features of the non-tuition input, considers that civil servants occupation rank the first of other jobs which university students want to obtain, the civil servants followed by employees of institutions, the staffs of enterprises and other occupations. The article also studies the gender differences, major differences and school differences of the non-tuition input, and discusses the reasons of the differences. Meanwhile, the paper reveals the influences on non-tuition input which the career aspiration has; it deems that the aspiration of employees of enterprises can stimulate college students to make non-tuition input. Finally, the thesis discusses the problems which reflected by present input status from government, university and university student perspectives, and draws some significant measures and suggestions.
