The level of public pricing actually related to the state, enterprises, social investors and consumers, such as multi-stakeholder, so pricing decisions must be fully considered decision-making behavior of all stakeholders. In procession of pricing, the behaviors of stakeholders making mutual influence, mutual restraint and mutual game. So from the perspective of pricing decisions, public pricing is the result of multiple games. In theory, dynamic game on the quantitative study is lacking. This article made the following work: Firstly, summarizing the quasi-public goods characteristics, core issue of quasi-public pricing is maximum benefit society as a whole. In the pricing process should not only focus on the economic benefits of public enterprises, but also take into account the interests of other social stakeholders; Secondly, through the research on the characteristics and traditional way of public goods pricing, analyzing the shortcoming of the traditional pricing method and game theory pricing is reasonable. Thirdly, analyzing the pricing of public goods in-depth game analysis, pricing analysis of quasi-public body and its internal relationships, on the one hand, the government subsidies involved in the pricing procession, on the other hand, the intervention in the pricing process. Fourthly, the tuition pricing mechanism is the result of acting of market and the government, but also the result of influence of the cost of education,the residents ability to pay, from the pricing decisions of view, it is multi-game results. Example of higher education tuition pricing, use dynamic game of complete information analyzing the relationship between various stakeholder and establish tuition pricing game model to construct the response function of the game; by Empirical analysis, using reverse solving method to get the balance tuition fees are, achieved the purpose of benefit to all aspects, verify the game model is reasonable.The main research achievements include: Alignment of public goods, a comprehensive classification, and in-depth analysis of the quasi-public goods characteristics, summarizes the various types of quasi-public goods pricing, the quasi-public goods pricing use game theory is scientific pricing; analysis of quasi-public goods pricing and its internal relations. Quasi-public product pricing relate to many stakeholders, including consumers, all quasi-public organizations, government, etc. when they are involved in process of price, subsidy calculations and decisions, some linkages occur between each other, will produce conflict of interest; Example of higher education tuition pricing, to determine the game main body, defining the game, and designed a win-win game model and reasonable concept of balance of tuition and the best balance of tuition mathematics; through the empirical analysis, finally obtained the best realistic balance of tuition and related conclusions.
