With the acceleration of economic globalization process and the increasinglyfierce of China’s construction market competition, the traditional and extensivemanagement mode has does not match with the growing trend of rapid development. Inorder to change the contradiction of relation between the project parties in our country,to maximize the overall interests, this paper tried to introduce the Partnering modeused successfully by developed countries into our country’s construction project,according to the actual situation of our country, and combined with supply chainmanagement thinking. The purpose is to provide theory and method of instruction forour country engineering project management mode innovation. It has a certainpractical significance to further promote suitable for China’s national conditions ofPartnering mode.This artical is divided into four parts. The first part gets the integrity and strategicthoughts of supply chain management can promote the successful implementation ofPartnering mode based on their theory introduction and status quo analysis. andanalyzes the necessity and feasibility of the both combination. The second partproposed concept of Partnering mode based on supply chain management, elaboratedthe advantages of this mode and its scope of our country, made the operation mode ofCSC participants from the decision-making stage, preparation stage andimplementation stage, put forward six management mechanism, including trustmechanism, sharing mechanism, communication mechanism, coordinationmechanism, incentive mechanism and risk-sharing mechanism, fully usingintegrity, long-term and strategic thinking of SCM. The third part is the performanceevaluation of Partnering mode. From the perspective of supply chain, the indexsystem of Partnering mode be classified within enterprises itself level, cooperationbetween participates, and the overall level of the supply chain. The performanceevaluation of Partnering mode is made from the angle of the project itself and thesupply chain long term strategy, using respectively fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and benchmarking method. The fourth part analyzed management process, targetedlyput forward the solution and made performance calculation combining with thespecific case. It is concluded that the project cooperation level is good, but there isstill a gap compared with advanced level.
