Globalization and integration is a general trend of international economic development in nowadays, with the accession to the WTO after the economic construction of our country’s further opening, the construction market is facing greater and greater pressure of competition both at home and abroad, in addition, the construction industry is facing a series of issues such as poor management, law profit, management confusion, information and talent competition and so on. Faced with this situation, it is time for China’s construction enterprises to change the development mode, the concept of supply chain which was borrowed from the manufacturing can bring new ideas for the sustainable development of the construction companies. By surrounding construction projects, combined with other upstream and downstream enterprises to form a cross-enterprise supply chain, the construction enterprise will achieve complementary advantages, and reach a win-win situation for chain. As an important part of the construction of the supply chain partners, correct and suitable for contractor selection directly affects the realization of the overall benefits of the entire supply chain. Therefore, in the perspective of the construction supply chain, it is important to choose the ideal partner subcontractors for the smooth implementation of the project and the achievement of supply chain’s goal.Based on this, the paper takes the general contractor as the core enterprise of construction supply chain in construction projects, and researches on how the general contractor select ideal subcontractors as a supply chain partner. On the basis of study of existing research results at home and abroad, the paper firstly analysis the definition and the feature of construction supply chain and construction supply chain partner, and the problem for the present construction industry subcontractor’s selection and evaluation. And then, the paper put the view that as a supply chain partner, the subcontractor should have six abilities, including: project implementation capacity, financial capacity, the credibility of the enterprise, supply chain agility, sustainable development ability, cooperation ability. And basing on these six basic guidelines, the paper uses literature analysis and fuzzy Delphi method to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for selecting subcontractors as construction supply chain partners, the index system of evaluation includes six evaluation criteria and twenty-one indicators. After that, the paper analyzes and compares the various partner selection method, and proposes using grey system theory to select subcontractor, in order to verify its feasibility, the paper analyzes the applicability of the grey system theory using in construction supply chain. In order to ensure the objectivity of the index weights, this paper introduced the entropy theory to avoid the influence of subjective factors. Through the combination of the above two methods, this paper uses the entropy weight and grey relational grade analysis model to evaluate and select subcontractor partners. At last, by using a specific case, the paper implements the subcontractor construction supply chain partner selection effectively, and well verifies the construction supply chain partnership selection model index system and method in this paper.Based on the evaluation and selection of subcontractor partners research in construction supply chain, the paper enrich and improve current contractor selection index system and selection methods, and offer a reference for construction enterprises which implement construction supply chain management model and select supply chain partners. By drawing this paper, they can select the appropriate subcontractor partners to enhance their competitive advantage, and finally achieve the entire supply chain objectives and benefits.
