Our country is produced in China coal power, energy consumption with coal dominating also. But from coal mine purchasing coal only after preliminary machining time can use directly. In the past, this program is completed by users themselves. Now, feicheng coal distribution center should put this program set in distribution center internally by distribution center to unity processing, and sold to downstream users. Due to the distribution center, much downstream user demand for coal varieties are not the same. In order to satisfy all the needs of users, distribution center need to purchase with coal blending, meet the needs of the user to coal. However blending is not a simple physical mix, in it embodies deep behind the coal chemical together again. How to choose from existing coal classification and the right to appropriate proportion mixed can obtain the performance optimization, stable quality and the lowest cost of mixed coal is distribution center issues that need to be resolved.This paper firstly based on the theory of coal quality parameters, find mixed coal and their constituent of single coal linear relationship of coal quality parameters. By using the linear programming method and combining with the actual enhanced feicheng coal distribution center, established in moisture, ash, sulfur, heat and volatile coal blending of as constraint conditions such as to index for the lowest cost of coal blending model optimization goal. Then, with a distribution center for the user as examples, using mixed coal blending model optimization calculated to moisture, ash, sulfur, heat and volatile coal blending of as constraint conditions such as to index for the lowest cost of coal blending targets various feasibility of optimal blending option ratio. Later, using entropy value coefficient method to ash, sulfur, heat, volatile copies and cost as evaluation indexes, the various feasibility schemes of blending comprehensive quantitative analysis, finally choose optimal blending option.
