Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of high-quality development in manufacturing industry.Compared with traditional manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing will reshape all links of the whole life cycle of products and bring great changes to the manufacturing industry.Under intelligent manufacturing,many assembly-manufacturing enterprises adopt mixed-production to meet the diversified and personalized needs of the market,but at the same time,it poses new challenges to supply chain logistics.Traditional supply chain logistics is difficult to achieve accurate and punctual service due to information discoordination,which becomes an important reason affecting the role of intelligent manufacturing system.Information is the soul of modern logistics,and supply chain logistics information collaboration is an important basis to realize the accurate and punctual service of supply chain logistics.Therefore,from the perspective of intelligent manufacturing,the research on the collaboration mechanism on supply chain logistics information of mixed-production is carried out to realize the accurate and punctual service of supply chain logistics under intelligent manufacturing,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the effective implementation of intelligent manufacturing.In this dissertation,the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises is taken as the research object.Starting from the analysis of features and supply chain logistics information collaboration demand of mixed-production under intelligent manufacturing,integrating evolutionary game theory,generalized grey correlation analysis,statistical process control,information entropy and other methods,the collaboration mechanism on supply chain logistics information of mixed-production under intelligent manufacturing is researched from the perspectives of organization,network,process and quality.The main research contents and innovative achievements of the dissertation are as follows:1.Analysis of characteristics and supply chain logistics information collaboration demand of mixed-production under intelligent manufacturing.Aiming at the realization of the supply chain logistics information collaboration of mixed-production under intelligent manufacturing,the features and the connotation and demand of supply chain logistics information collaboration of mixed-production under intelligent manufacturing are analyzed.In order to realize the supply chain logistics information collaboration of mixed-production under the intelligent manufacturing,the mechanism framework of supply chain logistics information collaboration is established.The framework includes supply chain partner cooperative strategy in organization layer,the supply chain logistics information collaborative network optimization method in network layer,the supply chain logistics information collaborative process optimization model in business layer,the quality evaluation method of the supply chain logistics information collaboration in application layer,and the four aspects of organic combination.Based on the actual demand,the research essence of collaboration mechanism on supply chain logistics information is clarified.2.Research on supply logistics information collaboration strategy of supply chain partners based on evolutionary game theory.Aiming at the collaborative strategy selection of supply chain logistics information collaborative subject of mixedproduction under intelligent manufacturing,the evolutionary game theory is applied to establish the evolutionary game model of the logistics information collaboration among the supply chain partners with the goal of maximizing the benefits obtained by the supply chain partners.Based on replicator dynamic equation and evolutionary stability strategy,the evolutionary stability strategy of logistics information collaboration among supply chain partners is explored.The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by an actual example.It provides a theoretical reference for manufacturing enterprises to practice the logistics information coordination of supply chain partners and promotes the partners to adopt the strategy of supply chain logistics information collaboration.3.Network optimization of supply chain logistics information collaboration based on generalized grey relational analysis and DEMATEL.Aiming at the difficulties of restriction and collaboration of multiple nodes in the supply chain logistics information network under the intelligent manufacturing,the importance evaluation model of the nodes in the supply chain logistics information network is established.The generalized grey correlation method is used to analyze the relationship between logistics information and logistics decision result of each network node as well as the relationship among each node information.DEMATEL is used to determine the interaction among each node.And then the importance degree of each node is determined.The network management nodes with high importance are selected as the network nodes of supply chain logistics information collaboration to optimize the network structure of supply chain logistics information collaboration.The effectiveness of the method is proved by an actual example.It provides an effective method for the network structure optimization of supply chain logistics information collaboration,by which may reduce information exchange cost and decision complexity.4.Process optimization of supply chain logistics information collaboration based on grey absolute correlation analysis.Aiming at the stability of the supply chain logistics information collaborative process under the intelligent manufacturing,the data sequence of supply chain logistics information collaborative process is established based on the difference between the actual time and the standard time of the supply chain network management node receiving the logistics information.Based on the characteristics of sorted data sequence,the traditional stability evaluation results are analyzed.By using grey absolute correlation analysis method,the stability evaluation model of supply chain logistics information process is established and its sensitivity is analyzed.A process optimization model of supply chain logistics information collaboration for of mixedproduction under intelligent manufacturing is set up.The feasibility of the model is verified by an actual example.It provides theoretical support for the process optimization of supply chain logistics information collaboration and improves the stability of collaborative process.5.Research on supply chain logistics information collaboration quality evaluation method based on statistical process control and information entropy.Aiming at how to evaluate the quality of supply chain logistics information collaboration of mixed-flow production under intelligent manufacturing,the quality evaluation concept of supply chain logistics information collaboration based on JIT is proposed,and the collaborative quality dimension of "correct time and correct quantity" is established.Based on statistical process control and information entropy method,the quality evaluation model of supply chain logistics information collaboration is constructed to evaluate respectively the collaborative quality of quantity and time,to calculate the weight of each,and further to obtain the comprehensive evaluation result of collaborative quality.The effectiveness of the method is verified by an actual example.It provides an effective method to evaluate the quality of supply chain logistics information collaboration,and it can be an important basis for improving the quality of collaboration.In this dissertation,the collaboration mechanism on supply chain logistics information has been studied from four aspects including cooperative logistics information collaboration strategy,collaboration network structure optimization method,collaboration process optimization model and collaboration quality evaluation method based on intelligent manufacturing perspective.The feasibility and effectiveness of the models and methods are verified by the actual examples.The collaboration mechanism on supply chain logistics information of mixed-production under intelligent manufacturing is proposed,which is based on the organic combination of four layers:organization layer,network layer,business layer and application layer.It could provide theoretical and methodological support for effectively realizing the accurate and punctual service of supply chain logistics under intelligent manufacturing.
