Research On Operation Mechanism Efficiency Evaluation Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance

Industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances as a higher level of research cooperation organization, has become the industry in various countries and regions to solve common technology to enhance the industrial competitiveness of the most effective way. However, the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances operating mechanism is imperfect, as a constraint to its further development bottleneck, resulting in their success rate is low. To this end,industrial technology to deepen understanding of innovation and strategic alliances, to build an effective operational mechanism for promoting China's industrial technology innovation and healthy development of strategic alliances to enhance the core competitiveness of key industries and key.Using the thought and method of systematic analysis, this paper makes comprehensive analysis on industry-university-research institute alliance's domestic and international support theories and its research dynamics. It defines the industry-university-research institute alliance and analyzes its characteristics. After the systematic analysis on general situation of domestic and international industry-university-research institute alliance, this paper puts forward the necessity and significance of the alliance, and makes classified research on alliance constructing modes on the basis of the study of international industry-university-research institute developing modes; meanwhile some mode selecting tactics are also offered in this paper. Further, it probes into the relevant mechanism in the course of alliance's operating, constructs the evaluating indicator system on the effect of alliance's operating mechanism, and then brings forwards the evaluating approach based on comprehensive grey hierarch evaluating method, and then makes an example analysis. In the light of the important influence of profit distributing mechanism to the alliance, this paper makes key research on the method of profit distributing by using the thought of game theory after giving the relevant tactics to perfect the operating mechanism of industry-university-research institute alliance. Finally, this paper makes a positive analysis of industry-university-research institute alliance in Heilongjiang Province.The purpose of this paper is to give theory, method and tactic support for the development of industry-university-research institute alliance in China.
