In the new period of China's economic construction process private-hold enterprises boom and has made important contribution to national economy. But they contains the weakness of short survival time, relatively small scale, worse risk-resistant ability. Whether being able to obtain financial support is the key to private enterprise development. On the premise of controlling risks, taking a variety of credit business marketing strategy, raise the level of credit marketing and after-sales service, became the key to improving banking sector's share of the private enterprise credit market.In this article the author, using combination of methods of theory analysis and actual application and in-depth investigation, in accordance with the industry and scale on Suzhou private enterprise for market subdivision, made the research conclusions:for different of target customer groups, banks need design different of products policy, specialize SMEs credit service center as core channel, reduce the credit risk of SMEs' banking business and simplify procedures of handling program. then eventually bank-enterprises win-win of purpose can be reached.
