The Study On Strategic Procurement Management Of F Company

In recent years, due to poor procurement and supply system, the quality of large accidents have occurred. From 2008's "melamine" incident in 2009 Toyota's "gas pedal" accident Shuanghui 2011 and then to the "lean" accident. Procurement and supply system because of the bad companies, leading to a very serious and far-reaching quality accident, not only to companies suffered huge economic losses, but also expose enterprises to the brink of death.
