Purchasing is an important link in the supply chain which affects the operation of the enterprise,many companies take procurement strategy optimization as a major project under the complex environment.It can help enterprises reduce the total cost of procurement through the implementation of strategic sourcing,thus forming a competitive advantage.Based on strategic sourcing theory and the related researches,this thesis take enterprise Y's procurement activities as the research object,and presenting some problems exist in Y by analyzing the activities in purchasing management,then designs and optimizes the procurement management of company Y according to the theory of strategic sourcing.this thesis first analyzes the purchasing expenditure of company Y,and sort the purchase category according to the purchasing expenditure,and then evaluate and plan the strategic sourcing of key materials.Then the thesis takes tire category as the object of strategic sourcing,according to the steps of the strategic procurement system,analyze and formulate the procurement plan.Then the thesis analyzes the security measures of company Y to implement strategic sourcing,and provides support for the implementation of strategic sourcing.The prediction of the effect of strategic purchasing shows that company Y can reduce the total cost of procurement and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through the establishment of strategic sourcing system.This thesis is the application research in procurement practice of strategic sourcing theory,through design strategic sourcing management to help company Y to achieve the procurement management transformation and upgrading,reduce procurement costs,improve enterprise efficiency,has the reference meaning to the same type of enterprise purchasing management.
