Globalization of the automotive industry concept is presented on the actual nineties,after decades of development, the amount of global sourcing multinational companiesincreasingly high proportion, and homemade rate is getting lower and lower, and even GMthe world’s largest production of a component separated from their own group. This makesthe auto parts supplier management is exceptionally complex and full of challenges.On the one hand, the international automotive products, automotive technology,especially new energy, environmental protection, the rapid development of electronictechnology, automobile production to modular, platform transition, which forced auto partsenterprises must closely follow these changes; another on the one hand, marketdevelopment for automotive parts suppliers have raised higher requirements, earlyinvolvement joint development project. And automobile parts manufacturers are increasingemphasis on competitiveness, emphasizing the pursuit of profits and control. The pursuit ofprofit control direct and effective way to control procurement costs.This paper use the material to sales percent as the breakthrough to research&establishment the company D strategic sourcing model with drawing on existing domestic&international status of strategic sourcing¤t famous automotive company’sstrategic sourcing model as reference..Through the entire article&analysis, proposed the establishment for the Tier1automotive parts industry-D company’s strategy model, through the protection of thisstrategic model implementation, optimization and supplier of strategic cooperation, andfinally reach the win-win solution.
