In recent years, the international automobile market structure is gradually shift. Especially nearly two years, the influence of the international automobile market structure by the international financial crisis, the traditional exporters are facing greater market crisis. China automotive export in this context is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper uses professor Michael Porter diamond model and the method of SWOT analysis, find out the international competitiveness of Chinese auto exports and all kinds of conditions around it, such as low cost, such prominent advantage backwardness advantage; Less brand, independent research and development, such as low obvious disadvantages; WTO, economic globalization and the global auto market to adjust a rare opportunity; RMB appreciation, financial crisis such as potential threat. And while the export from South Korea pattern, put forward in order to improve competitiveness, build the independent brand, technology leading represented by promoting China's automotive export development strategy and its implementation strategies. Including: Improve product quality and technical content, vigorously develop independent brand construction; Standard export order and avoid vicious competition; Establish and perfect after-sales service system; Government support, etc. Make China's auto industry in developing it has focused on quantity and pay attention to quality, Positive export to promote China's entire do anything with the automotive industry development.
