As we all know, companies use existing data to complete the financial statements and statistical reports in order to obtain insight into the market and make important decisions. In today's highly competitive society, forward-looking companies are using their critical data resources with the help of the new approaches, which are designed to help business decision-making and access to more valuable insights. In this case, the business intelligence system came into being, and it has been applied in banking, securities, insurance, telecommunications and other enterprises in a great amount. However, when enterprises are facing the various and expansive business intelligence system, in order to improve their competitive position, they still spend a lot of money purchasing it. How to select the system to avoid blindly purchase is a key issue. Therefore, it is quite necessary for enterprises to evaluate the relevant business intelligence systems scientifically.Comprehensive and systematic analysis affects the evaluation factors of business intelligence systems, and analyzing the relationship between various factors and application of scientific method are the basis to solve the problem. Combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will allow clear and comprehensive establishment of the evaluation index system, correct reflection of the various indicators and their relationship, which finally makes a reasonable assessment.This paper, firstly, makes a comprehensive analysis of various domestic and overseas affection factors on business intelligence systems, classifying the relevant factors to determine the evaluation index system of business intelligence systems. Secondly, based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the evaluation index, it calculates the weight of each item in the evaluation process. Again, it establishes the model of business intelligence systems based on fuzzy AHP evaluation. Finally, with the aim of the combination of theory and practice, it applies the model to practice, taking the business intelligence systems of Tonghua Branch of the Huadong International Company as an object, which is proved credible and effective. It is approved that the evaluation system and evaluation methods are in accordance with the decision-making ideas and practical requirements. This research does have some practical significance.
