The Research On The JiangXi Urban Social Pension Insurance-the Balance On Payments And Regional Comprehensive Level

The social pension insurance system is an important part of social security。It's not only related to the people's livelihood project construction, also to social stability and harmonious development. At present, China's social pension insurance fund raising mode is still on the pay-as-you-go, not adaptable to the current economic background. Aging of population further deepened the unbalance of pension payments and the development level of regional pension insurance, and impedes the pension insurance system of the reform and improvement. So it is particularly important to do an empirical study on the pension payments and the regional development level, which also has a strong practical significance.Firstly, we review social pension insurance system reform process of China, choose urban workers in JiangXi province as the study object, and describe the current development of the social pension insurance in JiangXi. Then we establish actuarial models on the object's social pension payments, and predict its social pension payments from 2010 to 2019. We analysis influential factors in order to make suggestions on avoiding paying pension crisis. Meanwhile, we evaluate the social pension insurance comprehensive development level of 11 cities in JiangXi in the year of 2010 by factor analysis model. The result shows that there is discrepancy among the development level regionally, which is not conductive to harmonious development of pension insurance and the balance of payments. Finally, this thesis gives several advice on how to optimize the social pension insurance system.
