The Financing Tools Selecting Research In Technology Enterprises And Financial Market Combination

Along with the development of economic globalization, the financial market is constantly developed and improved.How to obtain enterprise lacking funds through the financial market,became the primary issue facing the company. Our technological enterprise due to its high risk characteristics, universal facing funding shortages and financing problems, how to use the related finance tools to establish scientific financial system for science and technology enterprises to solve financing problem, has become the urgently to be solved problem of the present.How to select the innovative financing tools to solve enterprise financing problems is the research emphasis in this paper. Venture capital is aimed at technology enterprise's characteristics of high risk and higher-yielding and provide start-up money and the funds required for the growing phase. Intellectual property pledge financing is accord with the characteristics of intangible assets is the most important assets in technology enterprise, provides the suitable debt financing channels. And the gem listing is provides listing financing channel for technology enterprise, and also provides an exit manner for venture investment.The first part of this paper summarized and finishing the related research, and concluded the present situation of the funding problem,then puts forward the research significance and focus.The second part briefly analyzed the main financial tools in our country's finance market and summarized the financing characteristics of technological enterprise's.The third part focuses on analyzing these three financing tools'feasibility, advantages, existing problems.The fourth part introduces analytic hierarchy process to select financing tools combined with the influence factors.The last part is full-text summary and give the prospect of future research, and puts forward the direction of the continuing research.
