In the fierce market competition environment,How the executive power of an enterprise, will directly determine its success or failure. The new generations of joint-stock commercial banks are troubled by Problem such as difficulty in enforcement, poor implementation, and weak implementation capacity, and so on.This article focused on one of the many problems which are marketing executive power that the joint-stock commercial banks facing. By drawing the balanced scorecard theory, we constructed an indicator system to evaluate the marketing executive power of the Branch bank. This indicator system consists of four dimensions such as finance, customers, Internal Operations and Learning Development. Use this indicator system, we evaluated the marketing executive power of nineteen Branch banks which belong to bank of communications, and found there are problems. The analyses results show that public or corporate savings and loans, International Settlement, and Intermediate business income are important issue the branch banks facing.In order to solve these problems in the marketing executive process, this article firstly analyzed the important factors to marketing executive power of the joint-stock commercial bank's branch bank. Finally, a six core determinants in marketing executive power of joint-stock commercial banks are identified. They are organization structure, marketing executive power of leaders,arrangement of core marketing personal, Performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, and marketing executive culture. On this basis, combined with the bank of communications ZS branch bank's marketing strategy, operational characteristics and basic status, we made four recommendations.Finally, In order to better carry out specific marketing efforts of the business, we start from the short-term goals, proposed the recent work should be focus and the key issues should to be solved for the bank of communications ZS branch bank.
