Research On Performance Evaluation Of Handan Branch Of Hx Bank Based On Balanced Scorecard

Joint stock commercial banks are known as the key elements of the banking industry,which has provided a steady stream of power for China’s development in various fields since the reform and opening up.Especially in 2020,novel coronavirus pneumonia affected China,and the economic and social development was pressed by the "slowdown button".Joint stock commercial banks have played a positive role in implementing national macro policies,promoting China’s economic recovery and helping enterprises resume work and production.However,joint-stock commercial banks are also facing many challenges,such as the loss of human resources,improper risk control,intensified internal competition and so on.In the environment of domestic troubles and foreign aggression,how to maintain the momentum of rapid development of joint-stock commercial banks is an urgent problem to be solved.Performance evaluation is an indispensable way of enterprise management,which provides a preferred way for the sustainable development of enterprises.As one of the performance evaluation methods,after decades of continuous development and practical application,the scientificity and applicability of Balanced Scorecard provide an important theoretical basis for joint-stock commercial banks to formulate evaluation methods and measure performance results.This thesis adopts the research methods of literature analysis,SWOT analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,takes the analytic hierarchy process as the research tool,takes the Balanced Scorecard as the theoretical basis,and takes the Handan branch behavior of HX Bank as the research object.Based on the four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process and learning and growth,this thesis is based on the development reality of the joint-stock commercial bank,Added risk control dimension and social responsibility dimension to improve and optimize its performance evaluation system,in order to provide the bank with a set of performance evaluation mechanism in line with regional development and market competition,and lay a solid foundation for its sustainable development in the future.
