Research On The Balanced Scorecard Applied In The Performance Evaluation Of Commercial Banks

Along with the money market in our country merges into the international money market day by day,the competition between banks is more intense.Commercial bank in our country not only need to compete with the domestic business, but also face the overseas commercial banks challenge. In this case, according to the modern finance enterprise achievements management request, making the scientific comprehensive appraisal in our country bank, discovering the method to improves our country Commercial bank achievements, enhancing the management achievements of our country Bank, is not only the Commercial bank needing to develop, but also the Commercial bank dealing with the external competition. Therefore, conducting effective performance evaluation for domestic commercial banks through scientific methods can help to promote performance management level, cultivate banks' core competence, which is of great realistic importance to keep commercial banks'sustainable and stable development.There are many researches on commercial banks' developing trend and competence cultivation, while, less researches on commercial banks' performance evaluation. Based on this, my thesis tries to construct an effective set of commercial banks' performance evaluation system. My thesis introduce balanced scorecard into index system construction of commercial banks'performance evaluation, and design index system from 4 dimensions. And then the thesis combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to give a performance evaluation to a certain commercial bank.To be specific, my thesis is mainly separated into 3 parts. Firstly, my thesis gives a concrete analysis of commercial bank performance evaluation index system, and my thesis applied the Balanced Scorecard theory to the performance evaluation system of commercial banks. with Commercial banks characteristics, design a system of four dimensions:finance, customer, internal processes, learning and growth. Secondly, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to ensure index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to ensure evaluation results. Thirdly, my thesis works out the application of performance evaluation system. Based on the former commercial bank's evaluation system constructed, my thesis introduces the system to Huaxia bank to conduct the enterprise's performance evaluation..The thesis combines theoretical research and example application method. In constructing index system, my thesis applied balanced scorecard 4 traditional dimensions. Meanwhile, my thesis adopts analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to ensure index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to ensure evaluation results, which is of great practical and guiding importance for commercial banks' performance evaluation.
