With increasing competition, human resources become the first element of competition in the enterprise, and it is playing an increasingly important role. How to play the enthusiasm of the staff, whether employees achieve on high efficiency level is very important to business productivity. Study has found that the potential that employees can play when they have been effective excitation 3-4 times than the employee who is generally play. Therefore, how to effectively motivate employees are an important means to improve competitiveness, and it is the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.Y is a business becomes the entertainment service industries, which in recent years are also facing increasing pressure. With the birth of home theater, advanced appliances which can support family KTV, the emergence of a variety of entertainment Services Company, are located on the Y's entertainment industry created a huge impact. When business do efforts to promote itself, when they improve their service environment, how to motivate employees better, how to improve employee motivation satisfaction, how to make their incentives to implement into practice really, hoe to stimulate investment in staff to work a hundred percent enthusiasm and passion, and how to improve staff efficiency, is the Y's to improve their competitiveness lies.Based on this, select the Y's as a research object, through the empirical analysis to explore the employees' satisfaction in the work itself, physical factors, environmental factors, and accordingly proposed staff improvements.Through an empirical research, we get conclusions as follows:1,Among personal background factors, gender, age, education, working years, position, have a significant impact to three dimensions of satisfaction; Gender, age, education, working years, position have a significant impact on the satisfaction of work itself; Working years, position have a significant impact on the satisfaction of material factors; Working years have a significant impact on the satisfaction of mental factors;2,Y employees current overall satisfaction is on a low level, which does not match with the research hypothesis.3,The satisfaction of work itself have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction; Include:interest in the work, work autonomy, work load, work growth, job satisfaction, and working conditions.4,The satisfaction of material factors have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction; Include:pay equity, competitive pay and benefits level.5,The satisfaction of mental factors have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction; Include:interpersonal, organizational support, work environment, training, and promotion.
