Enter the second decade of this century, especially after 2012, since the new generation employees have irreversible boarded the stage of career, become the main force of enterprise development, China’s manufacturing industry rapid development, has a huge demand for all kinds of worker. How to manage the new generation of employees, improve the job satisfaction, is more and more important for the entrepreneurs, managements and many scholars. But the previous studies didn’t research the correlation between employee relations management, job satisfaction and work motivation, also lack of empirical research. Therefore, the objects of this thesis were the new generation employees working in the manufacturing enterprise, our purpose is to research whether the work motivation plays an important role in enhancing the relationship between employee relation management and job satisfaction.This paper divided work motivation into three dimensions, job satisfaction can be divided into three dimensions. And we put employee relation management as the independent variable, work motivation as the regulating variable, job satisfaction as the dependent variable, using SPSS statistical software do analysis, to explore the relationship between work motivation, employee relation management and job satisfaction.The conclusion of this article is that: 1) employee relation management and job satisfaction were positively correlated. 2) work motivation, as the moderating variable, plays an important role in enhancing the relationship between employee relation management and job satisfaction, besides the results revealed existence motivation and growth motivation also plays a role in enhancing the relationship between employee relation management and job satisfaction.
